Background:

Situated in the attractive town of Reepham, 12 miles north west of Norwich, the school serves a largely rural catchment area of over 300 square miles. It enjoys modern, good quality accommodation with extensive playing fields adjoining farmland. An extended school day enables Reephan High to offer additional academic studies and a homework club. There is a full school orchestra, a thriving drama department and regular art exhibitions, while school teams compete in a wide range of sports. The school actively promotes an international dimension to the curriculum. Pupils learn French and Spanish, there are partner schools in Germany and Austria, and pupil exchanges, teacher exchanges and international visits are well established. A high level of community support exists for the school which is also a developing adult education centre. 'Strong' industrial links are in place, Bernard Matthews plc being the school's main sponsor.
