Background:
Northrepps Primary School is situated in a prominent position in the centre of the village, and is a traditional flint and brick Victorian building built originally in 1879. There is a first floor extension to the school accommodation, which houses the staff room and resources room. There is also a mobile classroom, which is used by Class 1. Extensive redecoration was carried out in 1998. New offices, reception and entrance were built during the summer of 2004. The school is well equipped with modern machines to meet the needs of the national curriculum, information and communication technology. The school offers a range of games facilities including the playground and climbing frame, a basketball court, large playing field and large and modern multi-purpose hall. The school aims to create a caring environment where all pupils can develop their moral, social, cultural and spiritual understanding.
